My current focus is the comprehensive “Waikiki Beach Improvement and Maintenance Program” that was submitted to the State in 2021. While the decision for or against the overall project remains undetermined, the conditions worsen. In the meantime, three interim projects have been proposed and are under consideration in the 2023 State legislative session.
