Waikiki Shore Beach Condominiums...

This mid-century icon is the only condominium property located directly on the sand in Waikiki. It is a 15 story, 169 unit building that caters to resident owners, along with long and short term renters. Rooms are rented through 12+ different property managers. Castle Resorts operates the front desk on site to help their guests and most other agents meet their guests in the relaxing lobby.


Originally finished in 1962, we just completed a major refresh of the lobby, opening a solid concrete wall to breathtaking views of Ft. Derussy and Waikiki Beach. This incredible transformation was possible thanks to the Owners, the Board, Building Manager Randy Ahlo, Wilhelm Group's Lance Wilhelm, Architect Wayne Goo, JMK Engineers, Elliott Construction Group, Sam Kivett Design and many others that worked behind the scene.  We are so grateful for their vision and tremendous efforts.

Mauka Elevator Service. Mitsubishi will be doing repairs on the Mauka elevator. It will be out of service Wed.11/6/24 - Fri.11/8/24.

Mauka Elevator Maintenance Notice

Mahalo for your help with the High Risk Inspections. Letters have gone out on what needs to be done to have your unit up to par safety-wise along with some suggestions. The team found many units with older gas and water shut-off valves that will need to be replaced. From its side, the AOAO has been addressing the spalling and railing issues that were found that it is responsible for. We appreciate your cooperation and participation in helping keep Waikiki Shore and its infrastructure in tip top shape!

Basement Concrete Repairs begin 10/7/24, M-F 8am - 5pm. Kawika's Painting will begin important concrete repairs in the basement garage on Monday, October 7th, 2024.  NOTE: Adjusted parking arrangements will need to be made to complete this project. Kawika's Painting will work with the AOAO office to assist in providing notices regarding which cars/stalls need to be relocated for spall repairs. Concrete repairs will cause noise, vibration, dust, and odors. Please take the  precautions in the attached notice below during the work of this project. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
